1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the okta33 Platform is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of such persons, of okta33 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by okta33 for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of okta33 services, you are required to register a Player Account. By completing the registration process, you agree to the following conditions:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• You will not impersonate any other person or use a false identity in connection with your Account.
• You are entitled to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — will be treated as duplicate accounts and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. okta33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify okta33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• okta33 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or underage access.

4. KYC Verification

In order to protect against fraud, underage gambling, and money laundering, okta33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. All Players must successfully complete KYC before making withdrawals, and okta33 may require KYC at any point during a Player's use of the Platform.

The standard KYC documents required include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or an Indonesian passport currently valid.
• Proof of Age: The same document used for identity verification will typically serve as proof of age. The document must confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your name and used for deposits or withdrawals.
• Source of Funds Declaration: For high-value accounts or transactions, okta33 may request documentation evidencing the source of funds used for gambling, such as bank statements or payslips.

okta33 will process KYC submissions within 1 business day for standard cases. Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawal capabilities restricted until verification is successfully completed. Submission of false, altered, or third-party identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits

okta33 supports a range of Indonesian banking and e-wallet deposit methods for the convenience of Indonesian players. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits are accepted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). okta33 does not accept deposits in foreign currency.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in a refund to the source account and potential Account suspension.
• okta33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Deposit processing times depend on your selected payment method. Bank transfers are typically processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours.
• okta33 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit and to return funds to the source account if the deposit cannot be verified or is suspected of being fraudulent.
• All deposited funds are held in trust for the Player and are not commingled with okta33's operational funds.

6. Withdrawals

okta33 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions govern the withdrawal process:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no okta33 fee charged on withdrawals; your bank may apply standard interbank transfer fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your okta33 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to manual security review. Standard processing time is 1–24 hours from the time the request is submitted. First-time withdrawals, large-value withdrawals, or withdrawals flagged by our risk system may require additional verification and may take up to 3 business days.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted on unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending document submission.
• Withdrawal of Bonus funds is subject to satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus funds prior to meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• okta33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting proof of deposit, verification of source of funds, or additional identity documentation.
• okta33 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to banking system outages, public holidays, or regulatory investigations.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

okta33 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Players in good standing who have made at least one qualifying deposit unless stated otherwise.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for deposit bonuses is 15x (fifteen times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 deposit paired with a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in qualifying bets before the resulting balance is withdrawable.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying Wagering Requirements: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%; sports betting single bets with minimum odds of 1.50 typically contribute 100%; sports betting accumulators typically contribute 100%. okta33 will publish current contribution rates in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the stated validity period (typically 30 days from the date of bonus credit).
• okta33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Significant changes to an active promotion will be communicated to affected Players via their registered email address or Account notification.
• Players may only claim each specific promotion once unless explicitly stated. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• okta33 reserves the right to exclude any Player from receiving promotions at its sole discretion, including where a Player is identified as participating in promotional abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of bonus exploitation.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting markets available on the okta33 Platform, including casino games, sports betting (bandar bola — bookmaking on football and other sports), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery), and live streaming events:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement except where the relevant game rules or event regulations permit voiding (e.g., match cancellation).
• okta33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that has been affected by match-fixing, corruption, technical error, or data feed failure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted by okta33 at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds, payouts, or game results and the actual correct odds, payouts, or results arising from a technical error, okta33 reserves the right to correct the error. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or payouts may be voided.
• All togel results are sourced from the official draw results of the corresponding international lottery pools (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). okta33 does not influence or have any control over draw outcomes.
• For live sports betting events, okta33 may suspend betting markets before and during events without notice to manage risk. In-play odds are subject to rapid fluctuation.
• Winnings from all games are credited to the Player's Account Balance immediately upon confirmation of the result. Large payouts above a threshold determined by okta33 may be subject to additional verification before credit.

9. Responsible Gaming

okta33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all Players. We operate the following responsible gaming measures:

• Age Verification: We enforce strict 21+ age verification. Access to the Platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration per gambling session. Upon reaching the limit, the Player will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net profit/loss figures.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. During self-exclusion, Account access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Assessment: A confidential self-assessment tool is available within the Player Account to help identify early signs of problem gambling.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud okta33.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it to okta33 immediately; exploiting a known bug is treated as fraud.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or structuring transactions to obscure their origin.
• Opening multiple accounts (whether under your own name or a false identity) for any purpose including bonus abuse, matched betting, or evasion of previously imposed restrictions.
• Placing bets on the basis of inside information, including match-fixing arrangements or unreleased material information about sporting events.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool or restriction imposed on your Account.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the okta33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, audio, video, and layout — is the property of okta33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling activity.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or distribute any material from the Platform without the express prior written consent of okta33. Unauthorized use of okta33 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okta33 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

okta33 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack, virus, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the Platform or downloading of any content from it.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, banking system downtime, or events beyond okta33's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any losses resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to Indonesian banking system maintenance periods, public holidays, or regulatory holds.
• Gambling losses incurred by Players. You accept that online gambling carries inherent risk and that all bets are placed at your own risk.

In no event shall okta33's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose. This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by okta33's gross negligence or fraud.

13. Privacy & Data

okta33 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and okta33. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okta33 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

14. Amendments to These Terms

okta33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance by contacting our support team before the effective date.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which okta33 holds its current international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact okta33's customer support team as a first step. okta33 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving written notice from the Player.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents okta33 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent fraud.
